Where do orders ship from?

Orders are dispatched from China and delivered to the United States only. Import duties are included in the product price. Our Glendale address is for contact and returns.

What does delivery cost?

$5.99 USD per order. Processing takes 1–3 business days; estimated transit is 8–14 business days after dispatch. Total estimated delivery is 9–17 business days. The processing cutoff is 14:00 Beijing time, Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received later begin processing on the next business day.

Can I change my mind?

Yes. Request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and included accessories. The buyer pays return postage; no restocking fee applies. The original $5.99 shipping charge is not refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact info@obozs.com with your order number and details. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy, covering reasonable required return costs for a verified problem. Your statutory rights are not restricted.
