About OBOZS

OBOZS is an independently operated personal handbag boutique. These terms apply to purchases and use of obozs.com. Our store is hosted on Shopify. OBOZS is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands featured; brand names identify the products offered.

Products and orders

Review the product description, selected color, price and delivery terms before ordering. Product photographs show the relevant style; screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. We do not use this notice to excuse an incorrect or materially misdescribed item. Orders are subject to stock availability and payment verification. If an item becomes unavailable or a material listing error is discovered, we will contact you and offer a correction or cancellation with a refund, rather than charge a different amount without your agreement.

Prices and payment

Prices and charges are in US dollars. Shipping is $5.99 per US order. Products ship from China, and import duties are included in the product price. Applicable sales tax, if any, and the full order total are displayed at checkout before payment. Use a payment method you are authorized to use. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Delivery, returns and cancellations

Processing is 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 8–14 business days in transit. Read our shipping policy for delivery and delay handling. Read our return and refund policy for 30-day returns, buyer-paid change-of-mind return postage, refunds and cancellation requests. These policies form part of your purchase terms.

Using this website

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and use the site lawfully. Do not misuse another person's information, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access or submit fraudulent orders. Product and brand names belong to their respective owners. Website content may not be copied or used in a manner that infringes applicable rights.
